Corporate event photographer in Washington, DC

Photography for conferences, galas, policy forums, and corporate events. Fast turnaround, and a photographer who has covered rooms with real security and access requirements. Event photography is $2,000 for a full edited gallery, see the full pricing breakdown.

We have photographed rooms most photographers never get into

Our event photography includes years of coverage at the Woodrow Wilson Center, a Washington policy forum that regularly hosts sitting senators, cabinet secretaries, and heads of state. That work means credentialing, security screening, and shooting around Secret Service and diplomatic protocol without disrupting the room. It also means delivering usable images fast, since a policy event does not wait for a photographer to catch up.

That same discipline carries over to every corporate event we shoot: conferences, galas, annual meetings, and association events across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

How booking works

Send the event date, location, and agenda. If the venue requires credentialing, advance notice, or security clearance paperwork, tell us as early as possible since some of those processes take weeks, not days. We will confirm availability, staffing, and a rate, and if you need a second shooter for a large room we will say so upfront rather than after the fact.

Yes. Our background includes years of policy-event coverage at the Woodrow Wilson Center with senators, cabinet secretaries, and heads of state, which means credentialing, security screening, and shooting around protocol without disrupting the room.

We can, and we coordinate the teams so neither ends up in the other’s shot. If you need both, tell us up front and we will staff and plan for it.

Yes. We can run speaker and staff headshots or portraits scheduled around the event agenda, so people get shot without missing their session.

No travel or mileage fees within the DC metro region. For events outside the area we fold real travel costs into the scope up front.

For big rooms we will recommend a second shooter so nothing gets missed while one photographer is locked on the stage. We flag that up front rather than after the fact.
