Corporate event photographer in Washington, DC

Photography for conferences, galas, policy forums, and corporate events. Fast turnaround, and a photographer who has covered rooms with real security and access requirements.

We have photographed rooms most photographers never get into

Our event photography includes years of coverage at the Woodrow Wilson Center, a Washington policy forum that regularly hosts sitting senators, cabinet secretaries, and heads of state. That work means credentialing, security screening, and shooting around Secret Service and diplomatic protocol without disrupting the room. It also means delivering usable images fast, since a policy event does not wait for a photographer to catch up.

That same discipline carries over to every corporate event we shoot: conferences, galas, annual meetings, and association events across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

What is included

Full event coverage, from arrivals through closing remarks, including candid, posed, and stage photography.

Same week turnaround on a full edited gallery, with priority images available within 48 hours on request.

Headshots and portraits for speakers, panelists, and staff, scheduled around the event agenda.

Coordination with video crews when the event needs both, without either team getting in the other’s shot.

How booking works

Send the event date, location, and agenda. If the venue requires credentialing, advance notice, or security clearance paperwork, tell us as early as possible since some of those processes take weeks, not days. We will confirm availability, staffing, and a rate, and if you need a second shooter for a large room we will say so upfront rather than after the fact.

Who this is for

Associations, nonprofits, advocacy organizations, and federal contractors holding conferences, galas, board meetings, and policy events across Washington, DC. If you also need video coverage of the same event, see event videography in Washington, DC, or read more about our production team.
