Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET. Shoot days run whenever your event does, including evenings and weekends.
You will hear back from a person, usually within one business day. The first conversation is short and practical: what you are trying to communicate, who needs to see it, when it has to be finished and roughly what you have to spend. If video is not the right tool for the problem, we will say so.
From there you get a written scope with a fixed number, not a vague range. It spells out crew, shoot days, deliverables, revision rounds and turnaround, so there are no surprises once production starts.
If you already have a brief, an RFP or a deadline, send it along with your first message and we can skip a step.
We are based in Washington, DC and shoot throughout the DMV, including Arlington, Alexandria, Tysons, Reston, Fairfax County, Bethesda, Silver Spring and Montgomery County. We travel nationally for existing clients.
