In 2023, three years after the pandemic began, remote work has become a permanent fixture. MedDra, our client, has transitioned to a fully remote work environment and has relinquished their physical office spaces since the pandemic.

Filming employees working from home poses a visual challenge for us, as it doesn’t exactly make for the most captivating footage. Not to mention, it’s not the most efficient option either, considering our crew would have to jet between each employee’s home.

MedDra holds an annual event where members from various countries gather in one location. Due to the extensive geographical spread of its team members, capturing video footage of everyone in their respective home countries would be costly. Therefore, during the annual meeting, MedDra utilized the opportunity to create a brand video that communicates the organization’s mission, activities, and methodologies.

The purpose of this video was to humanize a company that is often seen only by its name and organization. It aimed to showcase the individuals behind the scenes and share their stories directly from them. The video featured a total of 24 members from various parts of the world.
